Data on the guest&#8217;s special requests are also collected so that the hotel can provide the required quality service. <br\/>\u2022 Monitoring and improvement of the quality of hotel services &#8211; name and surname, room number, period of stay in the hotel, rating of a particular type of service, comment. Data collection is voluntary.<br\/>You can always choose which personal data you want to share with us. If you choose not to share certain information with us, we will accept your decision, but please note that this may affect the quality of the information we provide to you. This does not apply, however, if it is necessary to process a certain type of personal data in order to fulfill legal obligations.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Purpose of collecting personal data:<br\/>\u2022 execution of contractual obligations &#8211; when processing is necessary for the establishment of a contractual relationship, i.e. making a reservation<br\/>\u2022 Better prepare your stay with us &#8211; before your arrival, we will collect and process information by sending an email before your arrival, which you fill out voluntarily, in order to better prepare for your arrival and provide you with the best and highest quality service possible.<br\/>\u2022 satisfaction of legitimate interests &#8211; when it is necessary, we process personal data outside of the specific contractual relationship, for the sake of satisfying our legitimate interests. For example, such a legitimate interest can be: direct marketing or recording of common areas of the hotel<br\/>\u2022 fulfilling your requests and enabling the exercise of your rights<br\/>\u2022 compliance with legal obligations: We also collect some data during registration in facilities in order to fulfill our legal obligations, by registering your data in the eVisitor system, in accordance with the regulations on the way of keeping a list of tourists and on the form and content of the tourist registration form to the tourist community and the Act on Tourist Fees or for the needs of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs in accordance with the Law on Forgein people.<br\/>\u2022 For the purpose of making the final calculation and issuing invoices for services<br\/>\u2022 For the purpose of determining satisfaction with the service provided <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>DIRECT MARKETING<\/strong><br\/>Direct marketing is the periodic sending of personalized communications by the company to you, in order to introduce you to our offers and news about the hotel, to your e-mail address.<br\/>With each such communication, we will inform you of the possibility to unsubscribe in a simple way (by clicking on the link) and ask us not to contact you in this way again.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>VIDEO SURVEILLANCE<\/strong><br\/>In order to protect its property, the hotel implements video surveillance of the hotel&#8217;s public areas and parking lot.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><br\/>We keep your data as long as necessary in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected, including for the purpose of acting in accordance with legal obligations.<br\/>Personal data collected and processed on the basis of your consent will be deleted immediately upon withdrawal of consent, unless there is another legal basis for further processing or storage of data.<br\/>We will keep the data that we process on the basis of our legitimate interest for the period of time that is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.<\/p>\n\n<p>WEB PAGE<br\/>In order to facilitate the browsing of our Internet pages, our global network server uses cookies.
